FACT envisions Cambodian Fishers both men and women have rights and ownership in managing and utilization of fishery resources to improve livelihoods, contributed by strong, capable and well-functioned Coalitions of NGOs and Cambodian Fishers.

 


 

FACT mission is to strengthen and work as Coalition of NGOs and Cambodian Fishers, research and disseminate information, and facilitate dialogues between relevant stakeholders in order to empower Fishers both men and women to become a strong social forces in supporting a sustainable conservation and development of fishery resources in Tonle Sap, Mekong, and coastal areas.

 


 

FACT goal is that coalitions of NGOs and Cambodian Fishers and their activities are well-functioned, capable and effective so that voices of Fishers both men and women are heart, supported and positive changes are made.
